Re: Cyst in ovary. Should I got to conventional doctor?
For the ovarian cyst, I strongly recommend going to your ob/gyn for a check up. They can usually feel them, usually no need for a scan to determine if you have one. Most of the time they are asymptomatic and can resolve on their own, but I will tell you from personal experience that if it bursts you will be in a world of pain, much like childbirth. It was the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. Eight months with no period is a huge red flag if you are not on some kind of BC that halts your period. I would have been to my ob/gyn after the second month without one. Are you very thin or obese? Do you exercise a lot? These are things that will affect your cycle.
I've also heard
Iodine can help with this, but I know nothing about
Iodine protocols. I should read up on that.
If you're not cleansing, that's a good start. Many women spontaneously start menstrating when they start cleansing.
Make sure you are eating a really good diet, no fasting (it will stop you from menstrating) and make sure you have a BM a minimum of once or twice a day.
Good luck and take care!
