Cyst in ovary. Should I got to conventional doctor?

My practitioner that muscle tested me said I had a cyst in my left ovary. This makes sense because I havent gotten my cycle in 8 months. I'm 20.
Symptoms:
Severe food sensitivities (cannot withstand any raw food, it comes out undigested.... dairy, casein, grains, eggs, chicken)
Gastrointestinal symptoms
Numbness and pain in hands and feet
Weight loss
Parasites
Dizziness
Short of breath
Nausea
No menstrual cycle in 8 months
Tooth decay

I have root canals and amalgams.

Should I go get a scan done by a gynecologist?
