Re: 153 days, 17 weeks of iodine at over 130 mgs
Hi Gina
From the quote above:
"Acetaldehyde stays in your body – it does not get excreted like other toxins. A build up or accumulation of acetaldehyde can lead to joint pain, a feeling of weakness and aches in muscles, in addition to those harmful effects on your brain."
I have had some red facial discolorations on my face for years. At first I thought they were from too much sun or maybe wind burns. I've even tried to have them removed by laser surgery at a cosmetic surgery office. This past year I was blaming them on vitamin deficiencies and hoped they'd go away after sufficiency has been restored.
Now I'm wondering if they're due to candida toxins, specifically Acetaldehyde that have accumulated in my skin over the years.
So far, I've seen no improvement but I've had a lot of toxins circulating in my body lately.
My hope is that after I've lessened the toxic load the discoloration will finally fade out.
