Terrible crusihng Depression and anxiety currently.

Threw out my enema bag finally..it was old and smelled like mildew.
What sort do you use and where did you get it. Drugstores no longer sell proper ones.
Id like to get the Stainless Steel bucket kind from Amazon. The Queen of enema kits!

But am desperate for one today.

My liver is over loaded from stress and drugs Ive been on plus all they pumped me full of in hospital last week.

I am 63 so we are in the same generation ;-)

I realize today I am desperate for solutions.
