I have a long history of something similar--fog, energy swings, but less of the immune response.

Since you have a Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome diagnosis I assume you have low cortisol. Learn about glucocorticoids.

Many of us with adrenal insufficiency have mild hypoglycemia symptoms.

Do all of the symptoms happen within 30 min or do some of them--energy loss & fog-- occur in the hour after that?

Do you have poor mood or increased fog and fatigue between meals?

You might benefit from some liver support.

Cleaning up my diet was a helpful puzzle piece for me. Healthier snacks between meals has been helpful. Sometimes glutamine can be a helpful as well.
