Well, first thing to do is to stop sugar, obviously. You need to look at what were you eating in past 5-10 years. We do not become sick overnight, it takes a long time.
I can tell from just a few things wrote that you consume highly processed foods. Change your diet to plant based raw fruits and vegetables. Micro-nutrients only come from raw plant based foods not from eating the animal that has already used up those nutrients, antioxidants and minerals. It will take one month to feel totally in control if you follow this.
Also you can take some supplements that help with depression, I.e. St. John's Wort, 5HTP, iodine, selenium, magnesium citrate, etc.
After one month on raw food, do a
Liver Flush and you will feel new.
