Can i take S boulardi and Lactulose prebiotic together? just those two? nothing else.

I often cook with garlic, onions, rutabaga, coconut oil. is that an issue if I'm taking SB?

Do you recommend Liver Cleansing prior to starting anything that will create die off? frosty mug recommends 30 days of Liver Cleansing using NAC, ALA, molybdenum and milk thistle.

I wanted to try antifungals but it costs a lot more to buy 4 or more types of antifungals, rotate them etc.Also very confusing.

The Florastor SB and Lactulose combo is simple & cheap! hopefully i get good results. Thanks for all your advice. Tweet
