Healing from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Hello All

I need some help. I am trying to help develop a healing program for myself. I have historic chronic fatigue syndrome (with its myriad of different symptoms) and am trying my level best to get out of it. I am tried of being sick and want to participate in this world with an abundance of energy.

So far this is what I am doing.

Dr Schulze products are not readily available in the UK (except for Superfood).

I have started a Colon Cleanse using the Robert gray protocol which consists on an intestinal formula to break down mucoid plaque and an accompanying bulking formula which has Psyllium and some other herbs. It does not contain Bentonite clay however.

I want to start attending to my liver. I am aware of the traditional flush with Epsom Salts however I see Dr Schulze had a 'big flush' which is just orange juice and the oil. Can anyone advocate if this is as good as the one with Epsom Salts . I have heard Epsom Salts can be very hard on the body! I have done about five flushes in this way. I would prefer to do the flushes regularly (say one a week) and it would be great to do it the Schulze Way.

I guess I have to work on my kidneys too.. I am trying to source a kidney protocol in the UK that will work similarly to the schulze one.

Can anyone else recommend what other products I need to by focusing on as part of my healing.

The big question for me is what to eat!! I have tried eating raw foods and juicing but I get so emaciated (I am underweight already). Is the vegan diet that way to go for everybody. Do some of us need animal protein. I am so confused and this just adds to the stress of healing where it should be a relaxing time.

I hope someone can help. It would be great to find someone who has healed from chronic fatigue syndrome or M.E.
