Hello, I have similar symptoms. I was tested negative for many parasites, also my stool-tests were all negative. I thinking about dirofilaria, maybe it is not so seldom, it tested nobody, maybe is a cross reactivity to strongyloides or ascaris, because it is in tissue too. this can be a reason for long therapy.
