Best is equal amount of days as your fast, in your case 11 days with organic raw fruits, vegetables and juices.
Some foods like breads, pastry and highly processed foods should be eliminated totally from your diet. I also think meats too, but that will be debated. All cleaning done during a fast quickly gets undone. Your fat cells will quickly store fat and the vicious cycle will continue.
If you do want to feel better and for long term, eat what nature makes for you not what man makes in a factory. Fruits in the morning and salads in the afternoon. If you want to eat cooked foods then brown rice and steamed vegetables will be good.
