I think if you try with a low dose and you don't use it too long it is not bad. By all means everything is toxic, all herbs and meds. parasites are also toxic, and most foods also contain toxic pesiticides, hormones etc. Also cosmetics, even shampoos and shower gels. But it has to be strong Otherwise no parasites would react to it. I have heard good things about it. I have seen it on amazon. You can try and as everyone says here, if you don't see results you can increase the dose a bit.
So i think if you don't overuse it, it should be fine. For candida, it is a must to follow an alkalizing diet! Candida is yeast that grows on sweets and carbs, and many dairy products are also causing acidity in the body. The diet should be adjusted as a good base for your cleanse protocoll.
