Foam Soaps
To make a foaming soap requires:
1. Soap/chemical ingredients
2. Water
3. A foaming soap dispenser.
Dial antibacterial foaming dispensers have been the best for the longest haul to date.
The trick is in getting the right ratios between soap/chemical ingredients and water.
I suggest experimenting with getting the right ratio with some body wash from Dollar Tree, tap water, and a foaming soap dispenser before attempting to come up with a medicated foaming soap.
For the foam soap against the seeming fungal/protozoal portion I will detail ingredients rather than the soaps and brands that are combined:
1. ketoconazole
2. salicylic acid
3. pyrithione zinc
4. coal tar
5. 100% aloe vera gel
6. distilled or purified water
I have used a number things on the seeming nematode portion.
I have used a
citric acid , cypermethrin, soap/aloe mix.
I have used extracts and soap.
They really don't like an off the shelf Method (brand) lemon mint foaming hand wash from Target.
Sometimes I'll add some Dial foaming antibacterial soap to this (the latest contains benzethonium chloride).
A balance between the two seeming main components of affliction has been important.
Too far in knocking down the seeming fungus/protozoal component and the seeming nematode portion has a field day, the numbers/percentages going way up.
To far in knocking down the seeming nematode portion and the seeming fungus/protozoal portion gets really aggressive.
You can read something about that here:

It can go without saying that the seeming nematode portion has exhibited physical movement from time to time.
What might come as a surprise is that the seeming fungal/protozoal portion has also exhibited physical movement. This last is perhaps easier to witness in a sample found in the wild, not attached to a human being.
