Re: day 3 of 40 day fast

Today is day 8 of 40 day fast. I can't tell you how happy I was to see the responses to my post. You guys are the first to realize how important suport is during this medical emergency. 

I didn't have a scale until day 5 and my starting weight was 272 pounds, ugh. This morning's weight was 263.8 pounds, so I guess the fast is working. I was hoping to get this incredible burst of energy with the fast. Instead I feel so tired and wiped out. I've changed my water from just tap and bottled water to smart water. I read somewher it helps during a fast. Now that I know people are reading this, I think I'll embarrass myself more and post more often. Thanks again to one and all.
