I understand that you are treating for strongyloides and must take ivermectin. I also have strongyloides as does "sharkman". He has been posting for a couple of years and has many posts which you should find helpful.

You need to flush your liver . Mattk3 suggests taking a 1,030 mg Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom salt) capsule every day to continually flush your liver . These are available from Dr. Clark Store. You can also do coffee enemas.

To rest your liver, you can take ivermectin topically or rectally. Both are probably more effective than orally. I have covered this in previous posts.
