liver flush advice/guidance

Liver Flush -- I know I need a liver flush. I'm 69, have candida, asthma, arthritis, hypothyroidism (with 90 pounds overweight), and irritable bowel syndrome. I've never done a Liver Flush before, and I know I could use one.

Please tell me the safest way to do one. Does anyone here follow Dr. Axe's recommendation? Here's the link to his video on YouTube:

I don't have any symptoms of any pain in my abdomen, no pain under the right rib area at all. I just get bloating after eating wrong foods. I have to use my asthma inhaler often after eating.

So I'm not having any severe symptoms other than the bloating and need some bronchial tube tightness after meals.

So I just want to be sure I'll be doing a safe liver and gallbladder flush. Any good advice from someone with experience would be most appreciated. Is just taking malic acid as good as the apple juice? How about diluted apple cider vinegar instead (as I have candidiasis). Thanks.
