If you live in Los Angeles, any Mexican market has it, they call it Jamaica, pronounce "Ha- Mah-yee- kuh" They usually have it in a huge barrel and you can just buy it.
I don't know if it's organic but then again, why would they spray hibiscus flowers? but you never know.
