Food sources of iodine

Hi,
This is for people that prefer to get their Iodine from food (I know that it contains a lot less than supplements give). I'm vegan so I will give vegan sources high in it. Make sure to always combine with selenium rich foods.
1. Cranberries
2. Watercress
3. Potatoes (with skin)
4. Rhubarb (must be cooked as it has a laxative effect)
5. Arugula

Kelp provides Iodine but can be contaminated.
