Low hormones

Hello

I just received the results from a female hormone salivatest.
Progesterone is of the chart low.
Estrogens bottom low, testosterone and Dhea in the range but also at the low end. Morningcortisol in range and more at high end.
I want to become pregnant within 1 year. But dont think its possible. I am 36 years old. The progesterone cream usp gave me on 2 mg. a day such a headache and tensed cheeks and nek (like on drugs) that I decided to quit. I feel desperate.

Can anyone help?
