raw soup, but fruits in big quantities are OK after some time

How big a serving you can eat of mono-meal of water melon? -- until your stomach hurts? - probably ... but it is easy to stop before that. And even in doing so 4-5 times a day you can't over-eat or get fat on Watermelon - there is sufficient water and alkalinity in them to keep you nourished and filled for a whole day ... up to weeks, actually. So idea No1: break it with days on water melon alone.
Actually I am not sure that fruit had brought candida - rather not; also eating tons of fruit is not wrong - I do it all the time - as per the capacity of my stomach or to a "not-hungry-anymore" signal. Then it burns, then I do it again. I had 21 bananas the last day, some green juice apart form them, and everything was fine ...
Idea No 2 - for further into the fast-break - raw vegan soup; (you can omit at first getting too many things in it, and be cautious with the ginger & cayenne soon after the fast-break,) a recipe from Dan-The-man, the liferegenerator on youtube:
"Hey I got a request to share some
raw winter recipes so here is a
great one for you.

In a large glass or ceramic bowl
combine:

- 2 cups mung bean sprouts
- 1 cup chopped basil leaves
- 1 cup chopped shiitake mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped dulse
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup shredded purple cabbage
- 2 tbs. grated carrot
- 1 tbs. grated ginger
- 1 tbs. grated turmeric
- 1-2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 minced jalapeño or a dash cayenne
- Juice of one lime
- Black pepper to taste

Boil 4 cups pure water Remove from
heat and let cool for 3-5 minutes.
Pour hot (not boiling) water over
veggies and enjoy

For a little more variation after
soup has cooled a bit try adding
1-2 tbs. honey, 1-2 tbs. ACV, 1-2
tbs. flax oil or for the super
gourmet try adding all three. The
soup is less cleansing, but more
filling with the added oil.

Makes 1 large serving or two small
servings.

This soup prepared properly retains
all its nutrients and is loaded
with warming circulatory herbs.
After a long cold winter day this
soup will feel like a life saver.
It is also a very cleansing soup
and will dissolve mucus in the head
and lungs.

Enjoy.

Love,
Dan"
