could you help me please with a sample plan of breaking my 12 day fast. I have experience with some 3 day fasts and one 6 day. I find 3 day fasts easy to break, but failed with the break of the 6 day. I feel good, but my thyroid and adrenals are a little exhausted. Candida bothers me sometimes. I have done it with fruit juices and fruits. Soon i developed enormous Sugar cravings - on daily basis i used to eat big servings of fruits (~1.5 kg) One time i ate 2kg of figs.My height is 1.8m and around 70 kg weight. This time i wanna do the break in the right way with your help guys :)
