In order to obtain the law that supports/proves any and/or all of the information above, just:

1. Go to Google Scholar;

2. Click on "case law" (button on lower right side);

3. Click on "all courts" on BOTH the federal and state systems at the top of both sides of the page(that gives you access to everything in the database);

4. Click on "done";

5. In the search box that comes up, key in ANYTHING that want to find support/proof for IN QUOTES (ex: "strawman", "accepted for value", "yellow fringe", "capital letters", "right to travel", "original 13th amendment", "missing 13th amendment", "title of nobility amendment").

6. Once you get the hang of it, you can key in TWO OR MORE RELATED SUBJECTS and get exactly what you want (ex: "yellow fringe" "admiralty jurisdiction", "strawman" "capital letters")

It is so easy to do. You can find the law on any legal subject or combination of subjects. Tweet
