That soreness at the back of my throat; I have to spit that stuff up; then the back of my throat feels better.

My Sinuses are somewhat better today; no heavy congestion or drain.

I have had asthma all my life; I am spitting mucus up hourly. It seems to be coming from my lungs or throat. I think it is my throat; since I clear my throat hourly and spit that mucus out; hourly.

I do not have any dreadful stomach nausea; of which i am glad; that is the culprit that would force me out of my previous fasting.

Second thought, I think that mucus is coming from my Sinuses and throat.
