Thank you again DesertLili. Quick question ... Is it possible to achieve the same benefits of one long 30 day Water Fast if I do 5 successive fasts of 6 day Water Fasts with just one day of rest in between (eating for just one day and start back again tomorrow) ?
I actually started fasting before october 1st (this month) It had already been 5 days, then broke the fast on the 30th of September and got right back into the fast the day after October 1st .. So I was wondering if I could achieve the same health benefits of going a whole month with no break.
Water fasting would be sooo much easier If I didn't have to go to work and code on the computer the whole day. It reaches a point where you need mental energy, not that I am even hungry .. just the energy. I thought maybe 5 or 6 separate fasts of 6 days on water would help .. Let me know otherwise this would not be an issue if I had a month off.
