First have faith in your body to heal itself, it does if we allow it to do so.

We have talked about this before. If one fast cannot take care of the cyst, it means you will refeed and then start another fast. Autolysis will happen and it will eat the cyst.

Iodine is great for cysts. After your 14 days are over I would suggest you feed for a few weeks and start taking iodine. You can start with one drop and also take co-supplements which can be found on Iodine Forum FAQ section.

Do not worry and think of surgery. You have to believe in what you are doing.
