The article was very helpful! Thanks. I was thinking of taking Super Enzymes although I came across a few other enzymes that seems to be also good based on customer's reviews.

I'm torn between the Ultimate Digestive Enzymes from Natural Goal and Super Enzymes from Now, they both have the same ingredients. I'll try my luck with both.
