It has everything to do with your diet. Gas means fermentation of your food. Heavy cooked foods can do this. I would take probiotics right away. Do a stomach acid test. If acid is low then you need to start taking Betaine HCL slowly till you feel the burn in your stomach to see how many tablets you need.
One of the best probiotics you can have is Kefir. It will cost you 20 to 30 dollars to buy the Kefir grains, but worth it. It will create a good microbium in your gut.
