3 parts diatomaceous earth powder
3 parts activated charcoal powder

The best thing to do after the gut is clean, (like after a month ir two), is to drink raw grass-fed milk and eat only raw fruits and vegetables, so that you get healthy gut flora.
Is india using glycosulphate (a pesticide) and genetically-modified-organisim (GMO) seeds for their grains?
That can create a -lot- of problems in the body. Please be careful to research if you are a fan of grain-based foods- even a little can be trouble for the gut :o
I am sorry to say that genetic manipulation of foods (science done in the states) has not turned out good results for the population..
