need some advice...please

a month ago, i unknowingly became infected with parasites.

ever since then, i have been expelling parasites in my stool every day without doing anything diet wise or supplement wise to get them to die. they just keep coming.

a few days after infection i had burning and numbness in my stomach, which is still present; but i now also have a twitch in my one eye and in both my legs. Sugar cravings are constant.

i feel like i am dying. did some research and read that helminth's eggs do not hatch inside the human host, but rather are just expelled in the feces. that gave me some hope.

i am really freaked out. how are they coming out so frequently without herbs or meds?

does the fact that i now have twitches/muscle movement mean they have migrated, or could it simply be a neurological symptom of intestinal parasites?

can someone please tell me what all this means? i'm new to alternative medicine and am really scared.
