what is it? hypo hyper adrenal or thyroid or both? lost

Endo called. I have extremely low cortisol (45nmol/L) and needed to be over 270 baseline for a short synacthen test. Well they barely moved in the 30min and 1hr. My ACTH was undetectable. Not sure what that means. My tsh is low normal at 0.59 and iv got a bunch of more tests next wk. He called me in urgently to collect Hydrocortisone script as i need 2 doses daily. Double when sick. So i am currently on 40mg in morn and 20 at night as sick- again! Is there a name.for this? Is it addisons? He said no but what else is it? He said hypothyroidism but my tsh is low so doesnt fit. Anyway- would love to hear the next step fro. Others who have been where i am sitting. Just hope i can start to get out of bed soon. Im exhausted. 1 dose this arvo and i do feel energised.
