Standard blood and stool test arent very accurate plus there isnt worms or larve in every bm. The most reliable test is called an ElISA test. They say the saliva test is the best one. You would need to find a doc that uses diagnostechs labs. U can go on the diagnostechs website and check their doc list for your state. I cant speak for everyone but i had many scans and ct's and iam loaded with worms and no doc ever saw one on the scan, in scans they just look like fat or muscle or part of the scan. There are certain times the flukes come out to lay their eggs. It does seem they get more active at full moon. Prazi, triclabendazole and ivermectin plus for flukes are strong meds. However if u have any gigantic flukes they dont die easily.
