All the meds have side effects. Migraines, gerd, stomach pain, die off symptoms are hard to bear if you have scattered parasites, the worms will fight back. Your kidneys may hurt and produce high creatine after long term use, but the body heals itself with lots of water and flushes. U dont say if your infect is large or small. Not sure what labs people use in your area. The Elisa test is the most accurate in a world that doesnt acknowledge or have much testing for parasites. I have tried all of the meds i mentioned, several rounds over several years, they got many many small worms but I am still fighting the larger worms that are 6" or more. There doesnt seem to be a cure for the large worms, and most likely u will need to be on a protocol for life as new eggs hatch.

So that you won't be to terrified to try meds, I'd like to add that I've taken all of the drugs listed and several others without a migraine, kidney pain, stomach pain or anything uncomfortable other than die-off (herxheimer effect).

I have been treating multiple worms for 2 plus years and continually gain ground at eliminating them from my life. There is no fast or easy solution that I know of.
