Yah I had dysphoria was hypomanic meaning I slept a couple hours a day, anxiety, panic attacks and depression! I self medicated for years with alcohol tried the psyche drugs almost died and now I am drug free and doing comparitively great! I did several different things but most importantly, educated myself and stopped medicating myself! I went through some rough times with withdrawels and avoiding my friends and local taverns stopped cross addicting to junk foods replenished my vitamin and mineral stores and started doing the cleanses and megadosing on vitamin C among various other protocal ! Im still working on myself and finding out what works for me! Educating is the key, search and discover your needs and what your personal protocal is ! Tweet
