you are not to use enemas but keep urine cloth in rectum for few minutes at a time and do it many times in a day for one minute at a time then apply Castor oil in to rectum after keeping out urine cloth from rectum and also at night time apply castor oil inside rectum
You are not to try for stool as when you feel stool do not force it will come out automatically you have to drink hot/boiled water whole day
you can drink fresh urine in start a glass daily then increase it daily
you have to use vegetarian food
