Blood in stool question

I've always had hemorroids but ever since I started biofilm treatment with activated charcoal, serrapeptase and edta I been having mucus that been progressing in color. It started out as orange, then rust red, then red and now dark red mucus sometimes. It typically comes out with the first bowel movement so I'm thinking its hemorroid blood thats been sitting in the rectum. I also have IBS of course because I have yeast so maybe Its getting worse?

I'm also thinking I've done too many enemas possibly thats causing irritation. I had a colonoscopy last year and there was nothing. I been fighting chronic yeast infection in the intestines also. Tips would be appreciated,
