Anger is a sign of depression. I would first clean the colon, then liver flush.
Many vegans do not eat enough and all micronutrients we need. Dr. McDougall is a good doctor. I also follow him.
I would just add variety to my diet. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables as raw as possible. Some of them can be steamed. Include some good probiotics and B12 supplements. Also nuts are essential in your diet. Add dry fruits like dates, raisins, apricots, etc.
All white rice, pasta and bread should be eliminated and be replaced with brown rice, whole wheat past and bread. I do not eat those at all.
I think it is great that you want to change your eating habits and be a vegan/ vegetarian. Just watch videos on YouTube with title...what a vegan eats in a day.
