two months ago i started my vegan journey for a optimal health and well being..
I followed the John Macdougal "STARCH SOLUTION"
i eat mostly oats,potatoes,corn,pasta(corn),and some vegetables like cucumbers,carrots,greens,onions..
In the beginning i felt like crap for a week,I think it was a detox process.
Then i felt great,like super amazing for a week
energy at the maximum level,good night sleep,
not tired after food
Then things started to get worse ,i felt always angry like really pure rage was coming out of me,without a reason.
and now i feel angry all the time
i cant live like this,i want to be healthy but i cant be like this.
has anyone experienced this??
maybe i dont get enough vitamins or minerals
i dont know...
im really confused
I hope someone could help me..
