Re: Bentonite clay at the same time as bowel and parasite cleanse or not?
Yes, the
Hulda Clark trio is the very first one I used.
I found that I needed extra magnesium while using them,(my preferred source is magnesium oil and magnesium malate tablets).
Yes, I have been spending some time trying to understand food intolerance. My basic understanding is that the gut flora that is neutralizing (digesting/breaking down) the proteins that irritate the bowel (like gluten) are living in the biofilms (mucosal plaque) that lines the intestinal wall. Ideally no whole protiens should get past your stomach acid.
This article tells what is needed for producing stomach acid:

To space out the herbs, I suggest having the p&b shake first thing when you get up, when brushing your teeth. It is very filling, and there is not so much demand for food right after it. Drink extra water after the shake, and wait at least 30 mins before starting breakfast. 1 hour is ideal.
Then the easy way to do it is the drops of
parasite cleanse tincture in a glass of water, and drink before having breakfast.
The more water there is between the p&b shake and your tincture, the further down your tract the mix well be, and the better the absorption of the tincture.
You can always test the psyllium husk by having some of it in water, to see how you will react...
But having it in a shake with the calcium
Bentonite will not produce the same effect because the
Bentonite is there to buffer and absorb what comes from the interaction of your gut and the psyllium.
There is one other factor- psyllium husk is a starch and not a good protein like gluten. ;)
