The goal of the 'elites' is kill off most of humanity and save a few for their slaves. So yah, since they invented 'modern medicine', of course it's biggest purpose in the long run, is to serve as a way to kill us all off, hence the 'war' applications and every 'drug' being tainted with some toxin and so on.

The 'elites' just found killing us slowly and painfully could rake them in most of our money, too, as we desperately sought relief from the agony of the parasites and their pre-loaded bacterial, viral and fungal infections. Then they invented 'diseases' to explain the parasite infestation symptoms so they could trick us into buying their genocidal poisons.

Plus they plant the parasite eggs everywhere, even chemtrails, to ensure we'll all get them and eventually end up with one of their fake diseases which they will then be happy to provide system disguisers for, (pain killers and other 'disease management drugs) but never of course for getting rid of their secret little money makers---parasites.
