Diflucan seems to work for my candida
I've been taking diflucan 200mg for three days and today I'm feeling A LOT better. My brain fog has improved quite a lot (a good 60/70%) and my chronic fatigue is way better.
A month ago I was on the verge of suicide so you can guess how candida ruined my life.
I'm already following a low carb diet eating chicken breast, veggies, eggs, salmon, nuts AND brown rice.
I'm wondering if it's okay to keep eating brown rice...after all it's carbs so it feeds the yeast but it also feeds my cells (they need energy). What do you think?
What was your experience with diflucan? For me it's like it's giving my life (and brain) back after 5 years of pain and
Depression due to my candida.
I know some people didn't get any improvement with diflucan so we all react differently to various substances...for example I didn't get any improvement with natural anti fungal like SF722, caprylic acid or oil of oregano whereas some people cured their infection.
