Will a gyn ultrasound show parasites?

Does anyone know if large parasites can be seen on an ultrasound of the womb? Ive seen some pics on this but unsure if they were real. I had women tell me that theyve had healthy babies even when they had severe scattered hyperinfections. Hoping someone with some experience will see this and let me know if getting the in office ultrasound will be a waste of time or not.
