Hey! I'll look up all the info you are giving here.
In my understanding: chlorine (with its ubiquitous abuse by the industry and water-treating plants), fluoride and bromine ALL stand against Iodine, as far as Thyroid health is concerned ... so I don't know about using chlorine to chase the bromine ...
yeah ... Magnesium prevailing by too much over Calcium can give a moody-blues effect.
I am under the impression that AST and ALT are examples of enzymes contributing for aminoacid transport, but that this transport can be for a big part "passive", i.e. no energy or enzymes are needed, since the AAs are pretty small molecules and therefor diffuse rather freely ... are you sure that an impaired pancreas would slow their absorption?
