Hypothyroidism and water fasting?

Q: What's the best way to approach fasting when hypothyroid?

It's a condition where daily supplements are needed, so... I'd like some input. I've been going raw the past few weeks and had a good traction I needing less insulin,

My best days are often on the three day Water Fasts though.
Finding a strategy or understanding if more cleansing is needed is.. Difficult. Ended up with health issues after amalgams.
