Re: Doxycycline for strongyloides

Yes, I get sores like that and also strange places with two holes -- on always larger than the other. The holes can be different distances apart. When the holes heal, they start to form a brown patch around them. One doctor tried to tell me they were age spots, and I asked him why they were more on one side of my body than the other, and why my muscles were only atrophying in one leg. He said he thought I might have ALS - Lou Gehrig's Disease! He refused to even take skin samples to see what was under there, or even look at my skin with a dermascope. I asked him how he could call him self a doctor when he refused to doctor people. He just walked out. I hate doctors.

Do you find little white things coming out of those holes? Does it seem that some of them keep spewing out the tiny white worms and won't heal until they are all gone? That's what happens to me. I find the best way to heal them and kill the worms is to coat them in Vicks Vaporub so the worms can't breathe. I've also used castor oil, which seems to smother them too.
