Baby has parasite infection

My baby boy has parasites now too. I have been dealing with my ordeal dating back to december of last year...started in my stomach then disseminated throughout my body. When I first had symptoms in december...I was still breastfeeding my 4 month old son. I stopped shortly after bc I knew something weird was going on. Ive been on a vicious cycle with different doctors etc. Haven't gotten many answers. I believe I have disseminated strongyloides which I know is catchy and lethal! I have had random scratches and paper cuts appear all over my skin. Thin scratch marks...they are usually straight or curved and always about the same size. Now my little baby boy whose a little over a year old now has a rash on his bum and abdomen.... he gets straight cuts on his bum and now he also has scratches that keep appearing on his body. They look like exit points. I am doing online protocols to help myself a bit....but I don't know what I can do for my baby boy! He wakes up crying every night in the middle of the night, and I can tell hes in pain. Ive taken him to his dr.several times now but she is doing so little to help him at this point....I mean she listens and shes helpful but im upset bc I dont think she understood how dangerous it could be if he did have it and now judging by the cuts and scratches they are clearly spread out from the gastro trac. I dont know how to help my baby now....please help me.
