Hello I've always had a problem sleeping in the dark, but now that I'm detoxing with Iodine I get really scared to turn the lights off at night before sleeping.
I have paranoid thoughts that something is out there, like a kid does but I don't think a night light would help.
I usually wake up at dawn to turn the inside light off, and rely on the light from the sun, but this too interrupts my sleep.
Is this likely to pass after my detox passes, and while I wait do you have any advice on what I can do in the meantime to not be afraid of the dark?
