Advice needed on getting rid of a tapeworm infection located outside of my intestinal tract.

Back when I began treating myself for parasites I always focused on the flukes. Now it appears that the Tapeworm infection is what needs the majority of my attention. I don't know how to get rid of them. I have taken the Yomesan and used neem oil on multiple occasions. That would work fine if they were inside the GI tract but a lot of them are just under the subcutaneous skin. I did have a surgery to remove one. He simply cut the link and I found it in my stool the next day. I am completely at a loss on what to do about this.
Any ideas?
