Unexplained symptoms

I am looking for some help here after having a reaction to Lugol's. I was doing 2 drops with all the co-supps for about 3 weeks with no reaction. I decided to jump to 50 mg and had a extreme die-off that my body wasn't ready for. My throat became extremely swollen and I am having pressure behind my eyes and head also brain fog and buzzing in my throat. I decided to quit the Iodine and give my body a rest (that was about 2 months ago) and the swelling has gone down about 50 %, but none of the other symptoms have subsided. I am on a raw diet, and have tried throwing high doses of vit c, e and selenium at it to no avail.

I am working with a practitioner and doing a diet and supplement program along with some tests. I got back a few tests that showed "very little adrenal function" and that's what the focus is. I thought maybe I didn't take enough so for the last 2 weeks I have been taking 100 mg of SSKI with absolutely no reaction at all. All the antibodies and thyroid tests have come back negative, but I feel I am missing a huge piece to the puzzle here. The symptoms sound like undiagnosed hyperthyroid, but I am defiantly missing something. Anybody have a clue what's going on here?

Out of all the supplements I am taking the only one that seems to be having any positive effect is magnesium oil, which is helping keep my cardiac rhythm in tact. I tried to match up my symptoms to adrenal fatigue, but it seems something else is going on
