Thanks for the advice ujkl, I may try this one.

It seems i've had some success although it is still early days. noticing a lot of hairs turning dark again. in fact I pluck them out and you can see the end is white and the rest has grown through dark!

I'm not sure what did it but this is what I am taking:

Copper
B Complex
Iron
Iodine (kelp)
Foti
