I give up :(

I thought because I am only 25 and have no premature grey hair in my family that I might have a chance with this one but my grey hair is coming in aggressive. everytime I look white hairs are appearing out of nowhere. I thought they may grow in slowly but its as though strands of hair are changing over night. Up until now I have been doing the following:

Copper
Zinc
Fo-Ti
Iron (I have a deficiency)
B12
B-complex
Elimination of coffee and alcohol

But im not seeing colour grow through. Next course of action- save money by not buying all these vitamins and get myself some hair dye :(
