potassium rich food/powder upon re-feeding

Parsley is potassium rich.
For you re-feeding, have ready in a freezer bunch of parsley/radishes/other potassium rich greens chopped or whole, or parsley juice to sip in your first days. You may need to dilute the juice, depending on what juicer made it.
You may choose a soup version:

There is also potassium bicarbonate powder sold online. You can safely dilute 1/2 tsp in water and sip on it until you feel better, if you ever experience the same Sy upon re-feeding.
Keep us posted :)
